I hosted one of my small web sites with Blue Host. Everything was pretty smooth to start. Speed was not a huge issue because my website was very small and I didn't have but maybe 2 visitors at once. Maybe a two weeks into it I started noticing server issues...load errors and such....while nothing had changed on my website. I knew other people hosting with BL that were having the same issues all in the US. I called into customer service but got no answer. I submitted a ticket and it took them two days to get back. I had heard that they had pretty good customer service...so what was going on? For the price I think you give up certain things. I have since moved and am very happy with my new host.
